Each WhatsApp message counts as one alert. Email alerts are included. Submissions over your limit are still saved, and alerts come by email until your next billing date.
Pricing questions
We email you at 80% and 100%. After that, new submissions are still saved in your dashboard and WhatsApp alerts pause until your next billing date, unless you upgrade. While they're paused, alerts come by email instead.

Pay for ten months and get twelve. You can switch between monthly and annual from Billing.
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. We'll remind you before it ends.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away and we charge the difference for the rest of the period.
